New season, new Traction® Tools updates

Ahh, spring. A time of new beginnings. What better way to celebrate the season than with a fresh batch of upgraded Traction^® Tools features? Following some truly awesome feedback from our users, we’ve launched the latest round of our EOS^® software updates to keep Traction Tools a lean, mean productivity machine. Accountability Chart improvements

User organization

Still figuring out where people fit on the Accountability Chart? No sweat. Now, you can assign accountabilities to a user without attaching a specific title to their role. We’ve also made it possible to have more than one person in the same seat. This gives you space to sort out what works best without committing to specific long-term titles and roles.

Navigation

When you click on a seat in the Accountability Chart, it will open the info box on the right. Now, you can click the eye icon to remove all other seats from view, making it easier to focus on the role you’re looking into. To get out of the focused view, simply click “Show All,” and it will show you the rest of the Accountability Chart.

Clicking the “Compact” button in the upper left corner of the screen will automatically resize the chart so you can see everyone on one page without having to scroll. We’ve also formatted the chart to be PDF-friendly, so you can easily save and send it to your whole team!

User experience updates

We’re here to make things easy—but we’re also here to make things fun. This latest round of updates included user experience enhancements to keep things productive and beautiful. Now, you’ll enjoy a more cohesive software experience, complete with updated tile functionality. Nothing like a glow-up to help boost productivity!
