How to Get the Most Out of the EOS Conference 2018

RSS

The Annual Conference for Companies Running on EOS® is nearly here, and it’s gearing up to be one of the most valuable conferences you’ll attend this year. Taking place April 26-27 in the “Times Square of Minneapolis,” the EOS Conference is jam-packed with keynotes, discussions, and practical breakout sessions that will help you connect with others, learn from experts, and strengthen your understanding of EOS. And the whole event gets kicked off with incredible pre-conference events the day before, on April 25!

The EOS Conference is a pretty new one, so you might be wondering what to expect and how to take advantage of everything that’s offered. Well, you’re in luck! We’ve got your go-to guide to get the most out of the EOS Conference in 2018.

Make Valuable Business Connections

One of the unexpected side benefits at last year’s conference was the number of people who connected to do business together. But it makes sense! EOS companies like to do business with other companies that run on EOS, because you know the companies are solid and sound.

This year’s conference will be filled with opportunities to connect with others and explore business relationships. Don’t miss out on those opportunities!

Bring Your Entire Leadership Team

There’s a lot going on at the EOS Conference this year, and you won’t have the chance to take advantage of it all by yourself. Bring your whole leadership team and tackle the vast learning opportunities together. There are four breakout sessions with four concurrent breakouts, for a total of 16 breakouts, as well as Traction Talks after lunch. Similar to a Ted Talk format, Traction Talks are personalized success stories that feature EOS speakers who talk honestly about EOS, their journey, and the tools they use.

Friday morning will feature Traction Tables. Sit down at any one of 25 tables to talk with EOS Implementers and exhibitors to pick their brains. Each table will feature a different topic, on just about any aspect of EOS.

Divide and Conquer

Bring more than one person with you so you can compare notes with one another. If you come alone, connect with someone else at the conference so you can still divide and conquer. “I’ve done that,” said Conference organizer Victoria Cabot. “I’ve gone to conferences and met up with somebody and said, ‘Where are you going? Let’s compare notes afterwards.’”

Check Out the Pre-conference Events

One of the best ways to get the most out of the EOS Annual Conference is to arrive early and take in the pre-conference events. And the Number One Don’t-Miss event is the Traction® Tools workshop.

Join us for our pre-session workshop on April 25, 2-6 pm central time, followed by a dinner and open bar at the Windows Terrace. Our exclusive pre-session workshop will reveal how you can increase your efficiency and effectively run EOS using Traction Tools software. Ask questions and get answers from other successful businesses like yours, and from experts who work directly with EOS users every day.

Get the Most from Your EOS Conference Experience

“When I keynoted the first annual EOS conference I was blown away. The event exceeded every expectation. The energy, information, idea sharing and feedback was incredible. I can’t wait to Keynote this year’s event and look forward to seeing you there.” -Gino Wickman, Featured Keynote Speaker
