New Update: Our Concierge-level Service Just Got Even Better

RSS

Traction® Tools was built on the core value of We Love Helping. More and more companies are discovering how far our Client Success Team will go to make sure our clients get the most enjoyment out of our EOS® software. But we’re not satisfied with concierge-level live support, because our next core value won’t let us: Be an Optimizer. At Traction Tools, we’re constantly looking for new ways to be better.

That’s why we’re excited to announce our latest optimization in your customer experience with Traction Tools support. We’ve overhauled our knowledge base so you can find the help you need, faster than ever. The new Traction Tools knowledge base has a new look and feel, and it’s been completely reorganized so you can quickly and easily get the answers you need.

What’s New in the Traction Tools Knowledge Base

While our client success team has a reputation for outstanding service, sometimes you just want a quick answer. That’s where the knowledge base comes in. Articles are arranged by topic, and we’ve streamlined the categories to simplify your search.

The site has been stripped down to make it simpler and less distracting, visually. We also funneled topics into specific search paths and categories. The purpose-based organization makes more sense and provides a more satisfying experience.

When you enter the site, you’ll see four quick options to get the answers you need:

  • Search by keyword
  • View articles on getting started
  • Check out the latest features
  • Browse video tutorials

All these improvements are designed to help increase your team’s productivity by getting you up and running faster with Traction Tools.
