If you’re a Company or Office Admin, you have the authority to start the number porting process directly through the Dialpad portal. Take note that only Dialpad numbers that are within your company account are eligible for this service.

- Prior to reaching out to your new service provider, it is essential to obtain a unique PIN for each Dialpad number you wish to port. Alongside this PIN, certain details such as your account number are needed to facilitate the transfer process.
- Do not cancel your Dialpad service prematurely. Ensure to retain your account until the port-out is finalized and your new carrier has successfully ported in the number(s).
- To initiate the port-out procedure, visit the specific Dialpad porting page, submit the number(s) you want to transfer, and receive your PIN.

If you need to port multiple numbers:
- Identify the numbers you wish to transfer or select all available numbers in the Dialpad portal.
- Assign a 4-digit bulk PIN that will be used for all selected numbers.
